We offer several shipping options for both domestic and international customers. The shipping costs depend on your location, the size of the order, and the chosen shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: Our most affordable shipping method, typically taking 5-7 business days for domestic orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: This option ensures faster delivery, typically within 2-3 business days, for customers who need their decorations quickly.
  • Overnight Shipping: For last-minute orders, we offer overnight shipping, which ensures next-day delivery for most locations within the contiguous United States.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, and customers will be presented with various options for shipping speed and price.

2. Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons like Christmas or other major holidays, processing times may increase. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

3. Tracking Your Order

After your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your package on the carrier’s website. If you encounter any issues with the tracking information, feel free to contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected, your location, and external factors such as weather conditions and holidays. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (next-day delivery)
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on the destination)

Additionally, we currently only offer international shipping to select countries. If we do not ship to your country, we apologize for the inconvenience and are working on expanding our international shipping options.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

We take every precaution to ensure that your items are carefully packaged and delivered safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the situation with the carrier and, if necessary, provide a refund, replacement, or store credit based on your preference.

Please note: We are not responsible for any damage caused by mishandling by the carrier or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

7. Address Changes and Corrections

It is important to ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been shipped. If there is an issue with your address, please contact us immediately before your order is dispatched, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.

8. Delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses for domestic orders. However, please note that delivery times may be longer for these types of addresses, especially with international shipments.

9. Customs and Import Taxes (For International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office to determine any additional charges before placing your order.
