At Strongrapic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges in accordance with the following return policy.

2. How to Return an Item

  2. Return Instructions: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using the return label provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned to us safely.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong or defective item).
  • Non-refundable Shipping: Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you wish to receive. We are happy to assist you with the exchange process, but please note that exchanges are handled as returns and new purchases.

  • Proof of Damage: Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect when contacting us to speed up the resolution process.

7. Final Sale Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned. These include:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales.
